    Amid the rapid expansion of China’s power infrastructure since the early 2000s, TLC Transformer has actively participated in the nation’s electrification efforts, aligning our capabilities with key developments in ultra-high voltage (UHV) transmission. This includes contributing to the “Three Longitudinal, Three Transversal, One Ring” UHV AC grid framework, which interconnects the North China, East China, and Central China power regions into a cohesive national network. Spanning over 10,000 km of lines, this system has transformed energy distribution by facilitating efficient west-to-east power flows and enhancing grid reliability for a population of 1.4 billion.
    In parallel, our work has extended to DC grid projects, such as the ±800kV lines that traverse vast terrains to transmit clean hydropower southward. Our practical contributions are particularly evident in distribution network construction, where we’ve supplied reliable transformers for urban and rural grid upgrades, improving power quality and integration efficiency. Additionally, through ongoing R&D, we’ve developed expertise in SF6-free gas insulation technologies—like g3 mixtures—that lower greenhouse gas emissions by up to 99% compared to traditional SF6, while upholding strong dielectric properties.      We’ve channeled significant resources—allocating 7% of revenues to R&D—into developing cutting-edge electrical products tailored for decentralized energy systems, including integrated PV-storage-charging cabinets, PV step-up integrated cabinets, and microgrid solutions. These innovations reduce transmission losses by 15-25%, support IEC 61850 grid integration, and incorporate eco-friendly features like biodegradable insulating fluids for minimized environmental impact. Our advanced simulation labs ensure reliable performance across variable conditions, positioning us to achieve 80% green technology output by 2030 in line with global ESG goals.
